All orders will ship same business day, if ordered before 12pm GMT, or the next business day if ordered thereafter. We ship via Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked or 48 Hour Tracked delivery (depending on which option you select).
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification advising of this, you’ll also receive tracking information via email or text depending on your notification settings.
Whilst we endeavour to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland and Europe will take a little longer to arrive.
There are certain items that we are unable to post overseas and if this is the case with any part of your order we will contact you by email.
Shipping days are Monday – Saturday. Transit times exclude Sundays and public holidays.
All orders will be provided a tracking number, which will be included in your order confirmation email.
Should the item not arrive within this time scale please contact your local sorting office to ensure that they are not holding the item for you. Please note that Royal Mail do not class an item missing until 15 working days has passed as they say it can still be delivered until this time. Replacements for undelivered orders won’t be possible until after this time.
All shipping prices include packaging and VAT. Orders over £70 qualify for free UK mainland delivery.
For all orders over £500, “signature on delivery,” is required, and the shipping and billing addresses must match. This policy helps to protect your purchase, while minimising the risk of fraud.
If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to sender, please contact us. We will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package, once it is returned to us, at your cost and discretion.
Should you package not arrive, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help. If an item sent by Royal Mail has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, Royal Mail has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.
